The Perfect Compliment to Great Golf – Great Food

In-between rounds or after the day's golf is complete, it's time to add up the scores and calculate the bets. For your drinking and dining pleasure, Black Forest / Wilderness Valley has completely remodeled the Bavarian-style clubhouse and added a new bar and 1200-square-foot, two-level patio deck with fire pit and tranquil views of the Wilderness Valley course.

To complete your day, enjoy a tempting array of appetizers, salads, entrées, and desserts representative of Americana fare from across the land.

You can dine in the remodeled clubhouse or out on the new double-decker patio. Both offer gorgeous views of the Wilderness Valley layout.

These are just a few examples:

Fresh crab claw meat combined with assorted peppers, seasoned with Cajun spice and sautéed, served with a red pepper coulis, a Michigan favorite.  Fresh Perch -- lightly breaded and sautéed, served with fresh vegetable, roasted red potatoes, and tartar sauce.  Generous pork medallions wrapped in bacon and grilled, served over mashed potatoes with a honey mustard sauce.  A prime cut Rib Eye steak, char-grilled to your liking and served with a ragout of mushrooms, potato pancake and vegetable.

DON'T FORGET!  Even when you're not playing golf, you're invited to join us for lunch or dinner.
